About Us

We are a growing glamping site in East Sussex, set on 2.5 acres with luxury lodges and private hot tubs. We pride ourselves on offering guests a spotless, welcoming, and memorable stay -- with big plans for continued expansion.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible Site Manager to take charge of the day-to-day running of the site. This is a solo role requiring someone trustworthy, practical, and detail-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

Guest Services: welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure. Hot Tub Maintenance: daily testing, cleaning, and upkeep of multiple hot tubs (training can be provided). Lodge Standards: ensuring each lodge is immaculate and ready for new arrivals each day. General Maintenance: carrying out routine carpentry and woodwork tasks, plus basic plumbing, electrical, and garden/grounds maintenance. Site Presentation: keeping all areas safe, tidy, and attractive at all times. Problem Solving: responding to issues promptly and professionally.
About You

We are seeking someone who is:

Highly responsible, reliable, and trustworthy -- able to manage the site independently. Skilled in carpentry/woodwork, with good all-round ability in other trades (basic plumbing, electrics, and garden/grounds). Guest-service focused with a friendly and professional manner. Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the site to a consistently high standard. Organised and proactive, with the ability to handle a varied workload.
