Glanua Graduate Programme 2026 - 2028

Our programme is designed to provide you with a holistic view of the water and wastewater industry by exposing you to various aspects of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management through structured rotations.



Commencing in September 2026, each rotation lasts for 6 months, during which you will gain experience in our Pre-contract, Design, Build and Asset Management departments and have the unique opportunity to experience a rotation in one of our sites in Ireland.



Our graduates will become familiar with both our Municipal and Industrial sectors and gain both office and site experience.

We are looking for recent graduates from all Engineering disciplines including:

BEng Civil Eng BEng Mechanical Eng BEng Electrical Eng BEng Applied Electronics and Instrumentation BEng Process Engineering Management BEng Innovative Technology BEng Environmental Science Higher Certificate in Science in Water and Wastewater Operations BEng Energy

On successful completion of the 2-year programme, a number of permanent positions will be offered within Glanua.
