Job Purpose:

To manage the team within the branch and oversee all aspects of branch performance, including sales, logistics, inventory management, customer service, and team leadership. To ensure all areas operate efficiently and safely and proactively develop the business and organise its workflow and delivery areas as situations adapt. In addition, your expertise in security products such as CCTV systems, access control, alarms, and related technologies will be key to supporting our customers and driving growth.

Principal Accountabilities:



To manage the day-to-day operations and working environment of the branch ensuring efficiency, profitability and compliance with Company policies. To manage the team, to ensure the work within the various departments is completed efficiently and effectively and to assist in disciplinary issues if any arose. To manage and maintain the day to day running of the Trade Counter and its accounting procedures reporting all information to the Company Accounts Manager. To drive sales of products by identifying new customers, opportunities and building customer relationships. To answer all incoming enquiries by e-mail, phone and website to ensure the Company's customers and suppliers receive a professional service. To maintain the Company Database and CRM with correct information and make changes where appropriate. To receive and process all returned items ensuring the product is replaced or a credit issued so that the Company's customers receive a fast and efficient service. To liaise with Manufacturers ensuring faulty products are replaced or credits issued. To help maintain the professional appearance of the Branch by keeping it clean and tidy, thus projecting the right image to the Company's visitors. To carry out all other associated duties as and when required.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager with proven experience in branch/operations management along with a strong background in security products to lead our distribution operation at our Glasgow branch. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
