Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect empty glasses and bottles from tables, floor areas and bar surrounds. Bring collected items back to bar or glass-washing area promptly. Keep bar shelves, glass racks and storage areas stocked with clean glasses. Ensure tables and surrounding areas are cleared and reset for next guests (wiping surfaces, removing rubbish/spillages). Assist with glass washing and loading/unloading racks as needed (depending on venue's setup). Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in working area--bar-back area, floor, walkways. Respond quickly during busy periods to support waiting/bar staff and maintain service flow. Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings and potentially weekends/late nights. Follow health & safety, hygiene and venue policies regarding glassware handling, litter and waste disposal.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
