Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with experience in food preparation, restaurant settings, or similar environments. As a Collector, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.

Duties

Interact with clients to collect payments and resolve any outstanding issues. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment. Utilise effective communication skills to address client inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions. Assist in food preparation and serving as needed, drawing on your kitchen or barista experience. Uphold the standards of cleanliness and organisation within the workspace.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is an advantage. A background in hotel services or serving will be beneficial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
