Job Description
Hub Box is looking for a Glass Collector/Bar Back to join our Hub St Ives (Cornwall) team.
With unrivalled views of St Ives Harbour our guests cruise by for breakfast, lunch, coffee, dinner & late-night drinks.
As a Glass Collector/Bar Back you will be responsible for keeping the floor clear of empty glasses, maintaining high standards in glasswash &, restocking the bar with glasses, juices, bottled drinks & spirits, along with helping the bar team with anything else they may need throughout the shift. This is an integral role within the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar can function at full capacity.
Our Bar Team:
Keep the restaurant clear of dirty/used glassware Ensure the bar is beautifully stocked & replenished Adhere to all food safety & quality non-negotiables Maintain a sparkly clean bar & work area, disposing of the right things in the right places, & washing glasses, utensils & equipment
