We are well established in the social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experienced

Glazier

who has skills in

measuring, cutting and fitting glass

,

window repairs

along with

Carpentry skills.

The job requires you to work and travel in

North West London

including areas,

Barnet, Camden,

Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith.

The role is to -

Carry out property repairs and maintenance works - social housing Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

Full valid UK driving license Own tools Experience of working in social housing CSCS Skilled Worker card DBS certificate

Hours of work are

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
