Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Actively sell products , ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a Glazing or customer-facing environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. A positive attitude towards learning new products and adapting to changes in the market.
