We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated track record in project management, possessing the authority and capability to coordinate day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of motivation and drive, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities


------------------------


Provide Radio Frequency Management.


Ensure synergy between existing procedures, support, and management structures to effectively address the global and regional requirements of the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) model.


Minimise response times for triaging and ticketing failures in the LMR network, thereby reducing physical vulnerabilities within building security.


Deliver 24/5 service desk support to global projects.


Provide immediate and timely responses to unforeseen failures and occurrences.


Develop processes, create and maintain documentation and user guides, and deliver familiarisation training globally for LMR and access control systems.






Qualifications & Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Ability to accurately maintain and review project documentation and records.


Capability to work both as part of a team and independently.


Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management tools).
