Global Account Based Marketing Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to join the Global ABM team within the Marketing & Sales Innovation group. This role supports programme operations including reporting, budgeting, and planning, while contributing to Strategic, Scenario, and Segmented ABM initiatives. Responsibilities may include building microsites, creating digital magazines, and briefing creative agencies. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is beneficial. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. What your days will look like:

Support the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM). Create channel strategies and marketing assets across digital, brand, thought leadership, and events. Manage multiple projects and collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs. Use data, research, and CRM tools to inform strategy, personalize client journeys, and optimize campaign performance.

This role is for you if

You're passionate about marketing and experienced in executing B2B or ABM campaigns. You bring creativity and a "test and learn" mindset to enhance client engagement and campaign impact. You're confident managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments. You use data and insights to shape strategy, measure performance, and optimize marketing efforts. You're skilled with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce. You can influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.

This role is an FTC until June 2026
