Description and Requirements
The Global Account Manager is responsible for driving end?to?end commercial engagement with key international customers, building long?term strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across Lenovo's technology portfolio. This role requires a highly collaborative sales professional with strong consultative capabilities and the ability to influence C?level stakeholders. The position is full?time, hybrid, and requires regular customer visits and occasional international travel. This position can be located in Farnborough or Copenhagen area
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global customers and ecosystem partners
Develop and execute robust account plans for assigned prospects and existing accounts
Provide accurate weekly forecasts in alignment with internal business management systems
Establish and deepen C?level relationships, serving as a trusted technology advisor
Stay current with Lenovo's evolving solution, product, and services portfolio
Mentor and support internal sales acquisition representatives
Conduct regular on?site visits with customers and prospects to drive engagement
Lead cross?functional coordination to ensure timely and high?quality responses to RFPs and customer requests
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or global customer engagement
Strong understanding of technology solutions, configurations, and commercial sales processes
Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute sales strategies
Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder?management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross?functional and international environments
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on forecasting accuracy and customer excellence
