The
Global Account Manager
reports to the Manager of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth within an existing customer base across international markets, with a strong emphasis on upselling and expanding relationships. You will partner with leading global brands across EMEA & APAC, acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers unlock greater value from our solutions. Develop and execute account plans that identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build Relationships:
Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and industries.
Engage Globally:
Navigate cultural nuances and business practices to drive outcomes in varied international markets.
Partner Internally:
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
Sales Operations:
Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using Salesforce, ensuring visibility into global opportunities.
Flexibility:
Work across time zones with adaptability to meet the needs of global customers.
Represent the Company:
Attend trade shows and occasional client visits to represent the brand and foster growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
3+ years in Account Management or a Sales role with a strong focus on upsell and expansion.
SaaS Expertise:
Proven experience managing accounts in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
Global Mindset:
Ability to work effectively with international customers, respecting cultural and business differences.
Industry Background (Preferred):
Familiarity with FMCG, distribution, health & beauty, or food & beverage sectors.
Tech-Savvy:
Salesforce proficiency and comfort working with modern sales tech tools.
Strong Communicator:
Clear, persuasive, and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Independent & Driven:
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work across time zones.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
