We are looking for a Global Account Sourcing Manager for our Work Dynamics business line.



Global Account Sourcing Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the sourcing strategy globally. Leads the global sourcing strategy, is accountable for deliverables, and represents Sourcing & Procurement in account meetings (external and internal).



This role is to be performed from the London office.



What this job involves:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leadership:



Responsible for management and performance of all strategic sourcing and procurement activities for specific client requirements across all Facilities Management (FM) service lines; represent JLL S&P in client meetings/forums ensuring relevant inputs are available Accountable for implementation of S&P Strategic procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis and recommendations, liaison with client governance teams for contract management, approvals, risk management, compliance and reporting

Account & Supplier Management:



Manage account resources ensuring required scope of FM services procurement through coordination with Account Managers, Facilities Managers, Operations Teams and client contacts Ensure all supplier details/files are complete and updated; actively monitor/document contract changes; manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers with Category Management Team support Provide performance reporting (KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, supplier performance management, contract management) on monthly/quarterly basis using procurement platform (Jaggaer)

Business Development & Training:



Support transformation activities including audits, reports and actions; develop Supply Chain to meet business/client needs, strengthening capabilities for partnership and B2B opportunities Develop and deliver training on JLL S&P Strategic Sourcing activities; ensure understanding of tools, systems, regulations, and country/regional practices Ensure policies/procedures relate to appropriate country operations, reviewed annually; ensure S&P Strategic Sourcing managers develop/implement regional Sourcing plans

Operational Excellence:



Ensure suppliers are qualified and onboarded per JLL process satisfying compliance/risk management requirements Provide S&P Transitional Support including site visits, supplier onboarding and Account Transitions activities Maintain/manage sustainability and D&I strategy supported by JLL S&P Sustainability lead

To apply you need to be/have:

Core Competencies:



Organisational awareness and strategic thinking, leadership, people management, project/finance/resource management Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills; strong analytical, financial and commercial skills Strong written/verbal English language skills; excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office; additional language preferred

Essential IFM & FM Experience:



Proven track record in similar Facilities Management sourcing/procurement position Deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services including hard FM (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building maintenance) and soft FM (cleaning, security, catering, landscaping) Extensive knowledge of FM supplier environment, service delivery models, and performance management frameworks Experience with FM service contracts, SLAs, KPIs and performance measurement in facilities management context Understanding of FM technology, building management systems, and smart building solutions procurement

Sourcing Expertise:



Sourcing procedures and protocols - particularly for services contracts; experience working with suppliers across EMEA region Development of EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers
