Position Summary:





The Global Benefits Partner will lead the strategy, design, and execution of global employee benefits programs mainly related to locations outside of the United States. This role ensures alignment with local regulations and global company objectives, enhances employee experience, and supports business goals across multiple countries. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional HR teams, vendors, finance, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:




Benefits Strategy & Design:


Develop and implement competitive and compliant global benefits strategies (healthcare, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).

Monitor market trends and benchmark data to ensure offerings are attractive and cost-effective.

Regional Program Management:


Partner with in-country HR and external advisors to manage benefits across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.

Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ERISA, local labor laws).
+

Vendor Management:


Lead global vendor selection, negotiations, performance evaluations, and renewals.

Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and wellness partners.
+

Employee Experience & Communication:


Develop and manage global benefits communications and education campaigns.

Ensure that employees understand and appreciate their benefits offerings.

Compliance & Governance:


Ensure timely filings and audits per country-specific requirements.
+

Support internal and external audits, due diligence, and global mobility issues.
+

Data Analysis & Reporting:


Monitor benefits utilization and costs; recommend adjustments as needed.

Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus).


5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with at least 2 years in a global/regional role.

Strong knowledge of international benefits regulations and market practices.

Experience managing global vendors and budgets.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency and experience using HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SAP).

Preferred Qualifications:




Experience with M&A integration and harmonization of benefits. Global certification (e.g. CEBS, GPHR)
