As part of the Global Brand Experience team you will enhance user experience, shape customer journeys, and maintain brand integrity across various marketing touchpoints. As a Director you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, promoting a significant approach that aligns with PwC's reputation for quality and integrity. This role offers the chance to drive innovative brand experiences, work with cross-functional teams, and mentor the next generation of leaders in a dynamic and creative environment.

This role is for you if:



You possess a strong understanding of client engagement through events, merchandise, digital marketing, and social media touchpoints. You have proven experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles. You can leverage cultural and consumer insights to anticipate trends, demonstrating expertise in customer experience management. You are a strategic thinker capable of leading initiatives to enhance client experiences and ensure consistent brand engagement across marketing channels. You excel in communication, leadership, and project management, with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership and managing teams effectively. You have an innovative mindset and experience in implementing AI and cutting-edge technologies to enhance brand experiences.
