We are seeking a dynamic Global Brand Manager for our field Hockey division. In this pivotal role, you will lead our global brand strategy, strengthen relationships with international distributors, manage our team of hockey ambassadors, and drive cutting-edge product development--from concept to certification. Key Highlights:



? Lead the global brand strategy for Shrey Hockey.

? Manage relationships with international distributors and partners.

? Coordinate with professional hockey ambassadors to amplify brand impact.

? Oversee product development, from prototyping to CE and FIH certification.

? Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to deliver world-class products.

Requirements:



? In depth understanding of the global hockey market, professional clubs, players and products.

? A drive and enthusiasm to develop industry leading products.

? Ability to motivate and negotiate with global distributors.

? Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.

? Experience in brand management, ideally within sports, lifestyle, or consumer goods (desirable).

? Understanding of sports equipment standards, CE marking, and FIH certification (desirable).

Key Responsibilities



1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

? Develop and implement a global brand strategy aligned with Shrey Hockey's

vision.

? Define brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all markets.

? Identify new market opportunities and consumer trends.

2. Distributor & Market Management

? Manage and grow relationships with international distributors.

? Negotiate agreements and monitor performance against KPIs.

? Support distributors with marketing assets, training, and product knowledge.

3. Ambassador & Athlete Relations

? Manage partnerships with professional hockey players and ambassadors.

? Oversee brand campaigns, events, and social media collaborations.

? Ensure ambassador activity reflects and enhances the brand image.

4. Product Development & Innovation

? Lead product development from concept to market launch.

? Oversee prototyping, material selection, and performance testing.

? Work with R&D to ensure products meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Skills & Experience



? Currently playing (or recently retired from) hockey at a high standard

? Strong understanding of international hockey markets and distribution channels.

? Ability to identify and manage elite athletes/ambassadors.

? Knowledge of product development, prototyping, and certification processes.

? Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
