ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Global Commercial FM will be responsible for successful delivery of financial processes to support delivery of client contract commercials. Working closely with the client and account leadership to provide financial governance and action orientated financial insights to drive value to both JLL and the client. The right candidate must have the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally within JLL and externally with the client.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Management
Provides clear direction and commercial advice to the account team and regional commercial leads.
Drives processes to support global objectives and goals and motivates others to achieve them.
Support Global Change Control Process, including support & maintenance of process and supporting IT software.
Review of Change Control Notices (CCN) for compliance with managed service agreement (MSA) and data accuracy.
Delivery of Financial KPI measurement method.
Contribute to MSA changes and updates.
Service Delivery Spend - Reporting, Budget and Forecast
Ensure on time delivery of accurate and Month End Results with appropriate commentary across Client Reporting.
Management of the Global Client Budgeting and Forecasting and Year End process with the regional finance teams.
Create financial templates to review and bridge the consolidation of country level budgets/forecasts.
Manage JLL contribution to Client's Quarterly Budgeting and Forecasting Process including future strategy modelling inclusions, Regional submission co-ordination and quality control reviews.
Support Small Projects leadership team with financial input and management of annual pricing process.
Maintain thorough understanding of client's accounting structure and associated systems and translating knowledge to ensure smooth and consistent flow of financial data.
Drive performance against financial KPIs including Budget overspend, Financial Compliance and delivery of insights.
Stakeholder and Team Management
Financial strategic partner for Global and Regional leadership teams.
Proactively develop and manage both external and internal client relationships ensuring that the expected financial services are delivered across region consistent with the contractual scope of services.
Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, functional integration, financial transparency, co-operation & performance excellence across the account.
Financial strategic partner for key global suppliers.
Line Management of Commercial Senior Finance Analyst
Management of Commercial models
Customer service orientated, a primary liaison with the client's global RES commercial and Finance teams
Detailed understanding of the MSA commercials with a broader appreciation of all aspects of the contract
Develop financial modelling & analysis supporting the senior leadership team
Read pricing support for global scope or service changes.
Project work
Key contributor in the development of new analysis, BI and financial management tools to drive efficiency and innovation within the account.
