This position is located in NG House, Warwick and we offer hybrid working.The OpportunityThe Global Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global compensation strategies and programs aligned with business goals and market competitiveness. xc2xb7 Effectively manage resources allocated for compensation initiatives, ensuring optimal use and alignment with budgetary constraints.

xc2xb7 Oversee annual compensation review processes, manage merit review planning (MRP), and ensure equitable salary adjustments.
xc2xb7 Develop, propose, and manage the global salary increase budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and market positioning.
xc2xb7 Lead job evaluation processes using job-family architecture methodologies to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
xc2xb7 Support pay negotiations during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of compensation structures.
xc2xb7 Manage sensitive pay negotiations and resolution of complex compensation issues with business leaders.
xc2xb7 Develop clear and effective communication strategies to ensure understanding and engagement with global compensation programs.
xc2xb7 Partner closely with HR and communication teams to transparently communicate recognition programs and compensation changes.About You

  • Demonstrable experience in compensation management at a global scale, including expertise in market analysis, salary benchmarking, and incentive program design.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation-related regulatory requirements across multiple countries and regions.
  • Proven track record in managing complex compensation projects and leading teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in compensation software and HRIS systems.
