Job Description

We're seeking a Global Digital Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of high-impact digital marketing campaigns across the UK, US and Australia.


This pivotal role will drive awareness, engagement and conversions for SmartestEnergy's Group companies, ensuring every campaign is data-driven, strategically aligned and delivers measurable results. Working across multiple channels - including email, social, paid search, display and programmatic - you'll collaborate with sales, data, CRM and external agency partners to deliver seamless, integrated campaigns that support business growth. You'll deliver campaigns using our campaign planning tool Optimizely CMP. With responsibility for campaign strategy, execution, performance tracking and continual optimisation, you'll play a key role in advancing our digital marketing capability and delivering tangible impact on pipeline and revenue growth!




What skills/experience do I need to be successful?



Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns; Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot); Experience working with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads); Background in B2B marketing; Knowledge of SEO, generative AI search, SEM, paid social, email marketing and display advertising.
