The Opportunity:





We have an opportunity for an Email Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of email communications and marketing automation to a range of audiences, including current and prospective clients, alumni, and other interested stakeholders that Ashurst engages with. This is a new role where you'll shape Ashurst's email marketing initiatives and strategy.



You will be responsible for planning and delivering our email marketing communications globally. This includes for single and multi-channel campaigns that drive clear outcomes aligned with stated ROI.



You will be a key contributor to the onboarding of the firm's new global email marketing system, ensuring internal engagement and enablement to drive high performing email marketing campaigns.



This role sits within the Digital team as part of Brand, Marketing & Communications and supports the firm globally. You will work closely with design, content, marketing and events as well as other key functions such as Clients, Markets & Growth, and our Central Services teams. You'll play a vital role in creating a best-in-class experience across multiple digital channels.



This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Glasgow office with hybrid working.

About you:





The successful candidate will have:


3+ years of email marketing and digital performance experience. Experience creating and delivering email marketing and marketing automation strategy and tactics. Experience with Vuture (highly desirable) and other email/automation platforms. Knowledge of email marketing techniques and approaches including A/B testing, personalisation, and send strategies. Experience in performance marketing delivery across multiple channels to drive results including SEO, PPC, paid media and content. Ability to work with global stakeholders including Partners, Knowledge and Expertise Lawyers, Business Development professionals and support teams.
