We're looking for a Global Head of Business Operations to join our senior leadership team and take ownership of our core operational pillars: Finance, People & HR, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure & IT. You will design and lead operational strategies that enable sustainable growth, global compliance, and cultural alignment across our distributed workforce. This is a key strategic role in our leadership team -- balancing hands-on execution with long-term vision and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment whilst bringing structure, scalability, and insight to an already thriving business.



We're looking for:



Extensive experience in operations, including leadership across 2 or more of: Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, IT. Proven success scaling operations in a creative agency, SaaS, or startup/scale-up environment. Experience managing or advising globally distributed teams (ideally UK, UAE and Vietnam included) Deep understanding of global employment models (EoR, freelance, direct hire) and compliance needs. Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills. Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
