Job Description



The Global Head of Content leads the global content and storytelling strategy. It drives the brand message, setting the framework to translate the brand and each collection to customers across markets and digital channels.


Sitting within the Global Marketing team, this is a fully central and collaborative role. Within the team, working closely with creative functions, media, and communications. Across the business with global collection & commercial teams, and regional marketing. Ensuring all content is strategically aligned, consistent and effective.

Responsibilities:



Content & messaging strategy:



Set the global content and messaging strategy aligned to brand and marketing objectives. Define the content plan and storytelling across brand, collections and products. Translate brand strategy into seasonal and campaign storytelling frameworks. Lead the global organic social media strategy and execution. Establish global standards for tone of voice, messaging and all copy.

Planning & governance:



Drive the global quarterly content plan and briefs in collaboration with key stakeholders cross-functionally. Ensure delivery of final content frameworks to regions for execution across channels, acting as an authority on storytelling and outcome to the customer. Support regional teams to deliver channel-first content that drives acquisition and retention while protecting brand consistency.

Cross-functional leadership



Deliver content briefs for creative teams to align on shoot needs, narrative and visual expression. Collaborate with media, performance and regional teams to ensure content supports full-funnel marketing. Align with communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across paid, owned and earned activity.

People leadership



Lead and develop the global content, copy and social media team.

What you need to succeed



Experience & Expertise



Content & strategy development: Proven senior experience in global content, editorial or brand storytelling roles, within the fashion industry. Brand storytelling & messaging: Strong strategic thinking with creative excellence in language, tone and narrative. Industry expert: Deep passion and understanding of luxury and desirable fashion, working with womenswear and menswear collections. Commercial excellence: Experience of balancing and optimising brand-led marketing within commercial potential. Expertise in digital channels, best practices and trading in Global markets. Customer centric: Keeps a pulse on customer & user needs, industry trends and customer insights, ensuring data-driven decision making to create relevant content plans at a global level. Strong leader: a team player with an ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across the business. Confident and clear communicator with strong leadership capability.

In this role you will have some flexibility to work remotely however due to the high level of cross department collaborations approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
