At Medik8, we're redefining what digital excellence looks like in the skincare space. As a fast-growing brand with ambitious global expansion plans, we're entering a pivotal phase - and we're looking for a strategic, hands-on Global Head of Digital to lead this next chapter.


This is not a business-as-usual role. We're looking for someone who can transform - not just operate - our digital capability. From evolving the team structure and digital operating model to optimising performance and driving innovation, this role will be central to accelerating our digital maturity and unlocking the full potential of our D2C proposition.


You'll lead a brilliant in-house team and collaborate cross-functionally across the business - from C-Suite to junior teams, from ecommerce and tech through to finance and legal - influencing, aligning, and delivering outcomes that drive meaningful impact.

What you'll be doing





Digital Transformation & Operating Model



Lead the digital transformation of our business -- establishing a future-fit operating model, refining our ways of working, and enabling the digital team and wider business to move with speed, clarity, and agility.

Vision & Strategy



Define and deliver a bold, scalable digital strategy that supports double-digit D2C growth and world-class customer experiences across our UK, US, and international markets.

Website Experience & Innovation



Own and elevate our flagship website experience - leading improvements in UX, functionality, and performance while keeping us ahead of emerging digital and beauty trends.

Stakeholder Engagement



Work closely with a wide set of stakeholders (Brand, Legal, Finance, Data, Regional Ecomm, etc.) to ensure alignment and successful execution of the digital roadmap.

Digital Roadmap Delivery



Shape and drive the global digital roadmap - prioritising work, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery of key digital projects and initiatives ahead of peak moments like BFCM.

Data & Performance



Establish clear KPIs and a robust reporting framework to monitor progress, track ROI, and inform continuous optimisation.

Platform Operations & Tech Governance



Ensure our digital platforms are reliable, secure, and accessible (WCAG 2.2 AA), with best-practice governance in place across the ecosystem.

Team & Agency Leadership



Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing internal digital team, while managing and extracting value from external partners.

Tech & Vendor Management



Lead the selection, implementation, and optimisation of tech tools and platforms (including Shopify and Atlassian), and oversee all contract and change control processes.

Budget Management



Own the digital budget - ensuring investment decisions are strategic, data-led, and aligned to wider commercial goals.




What you will bring





Proven experience leading digital transformation in a high-growth, product-focused business Strong background in digital product management, UX strategy, and ecommerce operations Experience managing large-scale roadmaps, platform migrations or re-architecture projects Commercially savvy with a strong command of data and performance metrics Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels (including C-Suite) A hands-on, collaborative mindset with a test-and-learn approach Familiarity with Shopify and Atlassian tools; Bloomreach experience is a bonus Up-to-date knowledge of digital compliance, governance, and accessibility standards Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing digital teams
