You will partner closely with the CPO, Finance, and IT to align data, systems, and processes, and ensure that our global People infrastructure enables business growth, efficiency, and great employee experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead system selection, implementation, and integration projects, including global payroll transformation and potential HRIS transition. Partner with Finance and IT to ensure seamless integration across systems and accurate flow of data (headcount, cost, and analytics). Standardise and optimise global HR processes, balancing local compliance with global consistency. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and other global data regulations. Partner with regional People teams to embed best practice and drive continuous improvement. Ensure high-quality people data and reporting to support decision-making and workforce planning. Partner with the CPO and Finance on headcount planning, workforce metrics, and cost forecasting. Lead and coach a high-performing global team, fostering innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Experience & Skills:

Experience leading global People Operations and HR technology strategy, ideally within a complex, high-growth organisation. Proven track record in global payroll implementation or transformation projects. Experience leading automation and process improvement initiatives across multiple geographies. Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and global employment frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and attention to detail. Technically confident and curious, able to bridge the gap between HR, Finance, and IT. Skilled change leader, comfortable driving transformation across global teams. Collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented. Passionate about using AI tools and technology to enhance employee experience and business performance.
