About the Role
Join leparfum.ai as Global Head of Sales and lead the revenue charge for an AI-powered fragrance platform that's revolutionizing how brands engage audiences. With our technology, custom fragrances are created in under 3 minutes, making personalization at scale a reality. We're seeking a commercially obsessed leader to build our sales organization from the ground up while personally closing flagship enterprise deals.

You'll architect a multi-vertical sales machine covering Events, Charity, Corporate Gifting, Hospitality, Sports, Weddings, Airlines, and Influencer channels, supported by our global network of Brand Ambassadors who have extraordinary senior-level access amongst the world's leading brands. Being based in one of our key markets (East Coast US or London) ensures optimal collaboration across time zones as you build teams in both US and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Building
Design and implement global sales organization structure, territories, and compensation plans
Build a global sales team from scratch, beginning with US and UK markets
Scale to 100+ sales professionals across multiple regions and verticals
Recruit, onboard, and mentor regional VPs and Heads of Vertical
Establish coaching culture with regular deal reviews and continuous training programs
Direct Sales & Business Development
Personally close enterprise-level accounts in EMEA during year 1
Navigate C-suite, procurement, and legal teams to secure multi-year SaaS + consumables contracts
Land and expand lighthouse accounts including charities, hotel groups, and sports franchises
Champion strategic partnerships with resellers, agencies, and martech platforms
Leverage our global network of Brand Ambassadors with senior-level access to world's leading brands
Strategy & Operations
Own global revenue targets, forecasting, and funnel integrity
Report weekly to CEO and Board
Build and implement cutting-edge AI-enabled sales processes leveraging the latest in sales intelligence and automation
Orchestrate collaboration between direct sales team and global Brand Ambassador network
Pioneer new approaches to AI-driven sales that will define industry best practices
Requirements
Essential Experience
10+ years in B2B or B2B2C technology sales
Minimum 5 years building international teams delivering 25-100M annual revenue
Proven track record closing six and seven-figure enterprise deals
Experience with complex stakeholder management (sponsorship, licensing, loyalty, merchandising)
Strong exposure to at least two core markets: hospitality, sports marketing, CSR/charity fundraising, or experiential agencies
Leadership Qualities
Builder mindset - comfortable creating playbooks, KPIs, and culture from scratch
Inspirational leader who balances high accountability with empathy
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
Data-driven approach to sales optimization
Excitement about pioneering AI-driven sales methodologies and learning from world-class AI entrepreneurs
Location Requirements
Must be based in East Coast US or London
Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely
Willingness to attend meetings as necessary in company offices
Available for 20-30% international travel
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling martech, loyalty, or experiential platforms
Existing network within premier sports clubs, global NGOs, luxury brands, or hotel chains
Familiarity with fragrance, beauty, or CPG supply chains
Experience with MEDDICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
Passion for AI and emerging technologies with desire to push boundaries of what's possible in sales
Track record of implementing innovative sales technologies and processes
