About the Opportunity





The Global IT Manager leads on defining and managing RI's global IT infrastructure, and is the primary global administrator for all RI IT solutions. You also serve as final technical support for country and support teams. You will also be responsible for the Endpoint Management solution (Microsoft Intune), SharePoint and OneDrive, MS Teams, data backups, Entra ID, Group and User Management. You will oversee global-level configuration for the Microsoft 365 tenant configuration and Management, including license management, data storage management, budget planning, policy and procedure formulation for Relief International.




Your Responsibilities





This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities.




Management and Leadership

Manage the Global IT Support team to ensure effective and efficient IT support to organization users.

Global Solution Management

Hold primary global administrator permission throughout all IT-managed solutions

,

maintain all IT-managed solutions to work correctly, plan and implement system-level changes or improvements as needed

.

Global system licence management

Support the SCO Director with the forecasting and procurement of global Microsoft and other IT system licences, track and manage all Global System Licences, ensure sufficient licences are available within the available budget for organisational needs.

Computer Systems Monitoring and Maintenance

Utilize Endpoint Management solution to oversee global-level device configuration and enrollment status from the system level, packaging up and implementation of application updates for bulk updating, coordinate with country and regional IT teams to plan and perform scheduled maintenance and ensure all RI computers are up to date with important software and system updates.

Top-tier technical Support

Utilize the IT support ticketing system to provide support to RI's country and regional IT staff members, with their escalated issues.

Data storage and backup

Manage data storage, including regular audits and cleanups to ensure sufficient storage for organisational needs.

Management

Ensure that relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are documented, approved and implemented to enable effective management of access to organisational systems and devices, including for external access and staff using personal devices for work purposes.

IT knowledge and user training

Complete and fulfil all IT training requirements.

You





You will bring the following experience and skills.

Essential criteria




Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred or equivalent work-related experience Previous experience working with cloud-based (SaaS) solutions as system administrator or similar roles Expert in Microsoft Entra ID and M365 environment administration At least 5 years' experience in managing Microsoft environments at an organizational level Deep understanding of Identity Management (SSO, user provisioning, MFA) and Microsoft intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) Deep understanding of Sharepoint and OneDrive document management and backup Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Strong communication skills in English



Desirable criteria




Teams Administrator Associate would be highly preferred Identity, MDM, and M365 Certification Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) Microsoft 365 Administrator Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Knowledge in Cisco Meraki, Power BI, or Power Automation is plus
