Main Responsibilities



Support complex global business development activities by managing and sharing knowledge across all Sodexo countries. Lead the GSA bid knowledge strategy, including content library architecture and communication planning. Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible content to support RFI/RFP responses and sales presentations. Create efficient systems for organizing and retrieving company data, market insights, and subject matter expertise. Promote seamless knowledge sharing across business development, bid teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Identify and implement tools to improve information flow and stakeholder access. Align bid content with market trends through internal collaboration and external research. Leverage emerging technologies to boost bid quality, speed, and strategic insights. Conduct opportunity and account research using CRM tools to support business development.

+ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) + Ability to gain consensus and collaboration across many business functions
+ Communicate with all levels of management and staff
+ Explain complex concepts in laymen's language
+ Generate enthusiasm & gain buy-in (e.g., training knowledge users to follow process / protocols
+ Client orientation:
+ Understand client needs & concerns, respond promptly (internal / external)
+ Ability to identify / frame / position knowledge appropriately to meet client needs
+ Drives and presents new ideas, concepts, methods, technologies and processes for knowledge management
+ Works effectively with stakeholders and SMEs across geographies and functions; builds strong relationships at all levels
