Jo Malone London has the exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our global team based out of our Manchester Square offices.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager across all stages of the Marketing lifecycle. From new product launches to consumer marketing campaigns, by managing key marketing milestones, contributing to go-to-market toolkits, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns. This role works in close collaboration with both global and regional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaboration

New Product Launch Management
Support the Marketing Manager in the end-to-end marketing planning and execution of new product launches.
Responsible for programme key milestones to ensure timely execution:
+ Responsible for
copy sheets
and Teamcentre system inputs
+ Responsible for
building financial scenarios
and contributing to forecasting alignment
+ Support
project management
for programmes in
product planning database
(Runway) to facilitate cross-functional workflows
+ Oversee collateral production and manage external vendors in partnership with Indirect Procurement
+ Support Regions' marketing plans by preparing
materials to facilitate local execution
(Bulletins, Forecasting Documents, Forecast Alignment docs) Assist with project tracking and administrative tasks to ensure efficient project management
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market
Conduct competitive analysis on product assortment and pricing to inform positioning strategies
Pull sales data for performance tracking and input into programme planning
Support regions with bulletin queries, retailer master decks and coordinate delivery of lab samples etc.
Campaign Planning & GTM
Assist in planning and executing 360 marketing campaigns for product launches and brand activations
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Product Development, Channel Marketing) to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets aligned across consumer touchpoints
Support the development of Go To Market guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability in local market execution
Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports to assess ROI and inform future strategie.
Contribute to marketing calendar input, coordinate campaigns and track campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROI).
Assist with
post-campaign analyses
to extract insights & learnings to inform future programmes and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness
Conduct competitive research on launch strategies and in-market activations to identify best practices.
