We're hiring for a Global Media Effectiveness Manager as part of iProspect in London.
Purpose of the Role
The individual will be working hand in hand with the client team, channel specialists and data ops teams to drive quality of insights and recommendations that maximise clients' full funnel performance and KPIs. Liaise with teams across markets on a regular basis to support data collection, analyses and recommendations. They will work with the wider effectiveness team to drive product development. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Media Effectiveness Manager to lead and scale our media measurement and performance optimization capabilities for one of the world's most innovative technology clients. This role will be central to ensuring media investments deliver against business outcomes by shaping robust measurement frameworks and processes and delivering meaningful actionable insights globally.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement global media effectiveness frameworks that align with full-funnel KPIs--from brand awareness to conversion and retention.
Manage and manipulate large and complex datasets across markets, platforms, and channels (e.g., digital, TV, social, search) to drive media insights and performance narratives.
Partner with global, regional, and local teams to ensure measurement best practices and data consistency across markets and campaigns.
Translate analytical outputs into clear, compelling strategic recommendations in collaboration with channel specialists, strategy & planning teams, and data engineers
Work with media partners, third-party measurement partners and internal data science teams to ensure the successful deployment of brand lift studies, MMM, A/B testing, and other methodologies.
Drive thought leadership by staying current with emerging measurement trends, tools, and technologies in the global media ecosystem.
Qualifications + SkillsSolid foundation in media analytics, data science, or media effectiveness within a global media agency, consultancy, or brand environment.
Deep understanding of media performance metrics across the marketing funnel (e.g., reach, frequency, brand lift, ROI, CPA, CLV).
Strong proficiency in Excel, experience with data management, transformation, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, LookerStudio, Power BI, or Tableau are a plus.
Proven experience working with global clients and managing multi-market data and/or measurement projects.
Skilled in media and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Nielsen, or similar).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.
Highly collaborative mindset with strong project management capabilities.
