Burberry is looking for an experienced Global Media Manager to join the Global Media Team within Marketing. In this position you will lead the campaign and localised media strategy for four of our key markets: Americas, UK, France and Italy, as well as the implementation of Burberry's media unique media activations.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Lead for US, UK, FR, and IT
Lead on the development of localised media strategies for the US, UK, France, and Italy, ensuring each campaign aligns with both global goals and regional priorities.
Collaborate with local marketing directors to refine the global media strategy for each market, considering unique cultural nuances, consumer behaviour, media consumption patterns, and regional trends.
Partner with the global marketing insights team to understand long-term brand metrics for each region and how the media strategy will feed into this long term.
Work alongside other marketing functions (events, PR, influencer marketing) to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and consistent with the overall brand strategy.
Manage relationships with media agencies, local publishers, and vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and align with marketing and business objectives.
Activations & Special Projects Lead
Lead in planning, managing, and executing unique media activations, including high-profile projects that are visible to the broader business.
Oversee all aspects of special media projects, including brief development, timeline management, execution, and post-campaign reporting.
Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and align with strategic marketing and business goals.
Develop detailed presentations and deliver updates to senior leadership regarding the progress, results, and strategic alignment of media activations.
Finance Management & Budgeting
Collaborate with the global finance teams to ensure media expenditures across all regions are properly allocated and tracked, staying within the established budget limits for each market on an annual level.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency in media spend, advising on budget reallocations or optimisations based on campaign performance and market conditions.
Ensure that financial reporting is timely, accurate, and consistent, in collaboration with the global and regional finance teams.
PERSONAL PROFILE
--------------------
5+ years of media planning and buying experience at a brand, media agency, or equivalent, with expertise across all media end to end.
Preferred experience in the luxury category and across key global markets (EMEA, US, APAC).
Established strong global media partner relationships, with a proven track record of building in-person and across the world connections.
Extensive leadership experience in managing teams and driving successful media campaigns.
