Team Structure

The HR and L&D function comprises of 40 people globally and is responsible for the management of all matters concerning the employment and development of our people. This involves guiding and supporting partners, managers, and all employees alike, as well as supporting the creation of an inclusive and diverse environment, enabling our people to thrive. This includes:

  • Implementing our people and talent strategy in line with business objectives
  • Resourcing, talent and career management
  • Reward (financial and non-financial) strategy
  • Policy, procedures setting and the practical application of these across the business.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop the firm\'s global mobility strategy with support from the Global Head of HR and Senior HR Leads
  • Conduct an in depth review the firm\'s current mobility policies and practices ensuring clarity and consistency across offices
  • Assist in developing a centre of excellence for global mobility issues across the network
  • Provide day to day operational assistance to the wider firm and HR team, resolving complex global mobility queries
  • Identify and share knowledge across HR to facilitate continuous improvement in global policies
  • Develop a tool to track international secondments and provide relevant MI to leadership
  • Provide a recommendation around the global mobility function and support going forward (including tax and immigration)
  • Develop a proposal for a structured secondment development programme
  • Provide relevant training to the global HR team as required
  • Build relationships with key senior stakeholders in all offices
  • Management of any third party service vendors, such as relocation or accommodation suppliers
Role Overview:

We\'re looking for a Global Mobility Manager/Consultant initially for a 6 month fixed-term contract on either a full-time or part-time, hybrid working basis. The role is an opportunity to manage and shape the development of the firm\'s current mobility programme.

Most of our roles are hybrid, meaning that colleagues benefit from working in our office and remotely. We are happy to discuss this and other flexible working arrangements with you as part of the application and interview process.

Attributes/Skills Required
  • Extensive experience in global mobility gained within a professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of immigration law
  • Experience of setting up a global mobility function would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills
