As we continue to grow, we're looking for a
Part-Time Global Mobility Officer
to help us deliver a smooth and professional experience for international candidates and clients alike. This role will play a key part in supporting our recruitment operations -- particularly around
visa processing
and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of visa applications
Liaise with clients and authorities to ensure accurate documentation
Maintain and organise records and files related to visa and immigration matters
Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document handling
Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
Support with scheduling, reporting, and ad hoc office duties as required
About You:
Previous administrative experience preferred (experience with visa processing is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
