Job Summary

The individual will be responsible for leading the talent management processes for a circa 6000-person organization within the Upstream Business Line.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the high potential identification, development, and succession planning processes.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the Vice President and management team.
  • Coach and develop identified high potential talent.
  • Collaborate with Corporate OD organization on organizational design and restructuring proposals.
  • Coach and develop emerging HR talent.
  • Work with the Upstream Head of HR & Talent and other Upstream Talent Management Business Partners to maximize business impact and continually evolve the business line talent processes.
  • Lead the annual high potential identification, development, and succession planning processes.
  • Ensure execution of approved development plans for designated talent pools.
  • Mentor and develop emerging HR talent.
Requirements:
  • Willing to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing high potential identification, development, and succession planning processes.
  • Experience in facilitating talent calibration meetings.
  • Experience in leadership coaching.
  • Experience in 360 and psychometric assessment and feedback.
  • HR business partner experience.
  • Adaptable and resilient with strong influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and trust quickly.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and take initiative.
