The Department / School / College

The Global Partnerships Office is a dynamic team which supports the University\'s UK and international partnership activity, a key component of the University\'s current strategic plan. The Global Partnerships Office co-ordinates the relationship between our partners and key University stakeholders and supports a wide range of activities including partnership development and approval, monitoring, legal matters and student experience.

The Role

The key focus of this role is to support the development and administration of the University\'s Global Partnerships and relationships (which includes all UK partnerships), supporting key areas including managing an annual conference with over 100 delegates, invoice management, contract management and travel arrangements, including:

  • Maintenance of records relating to Global Partnerships development activities.
  • Coordinating Quality Assurance activities for partnership development & monitoring
  • Administering contracts and payments for partnership activity and raising Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with partners regarding marketing materials
  • Managing GPO online document storage, communications and central email account
  • Service departmental meetings are required
  • Arrange and manage the Annual Partnerships Conference
The Person

The post holder will ideally have prior experience of working for an educational provider in a UK HE setting. The post holder will also have experience of working in an administration, partnership or regulatory role. The post holder will also have experience of organising and minuting meetings, and an effective, confident communicator to multiple stakeholders via different communication methods.
