Global Payroll Adviser

What you'll do:

Process and review in-house UK payroll with accuracy and compliance. Support pensions (UK, Ireland & Netherlands) and end-of-year payroll processes. Partner with international providers to deliver timely, correct payrolls. Respond to payroll & benefit queries with clarity and empathy. Contribute to payroll data reporting and compliance improvements.

What you'll bring:

3+ years' UK payroll experience with strong legislative knowledge. High-level Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF). Strong accuracy, attention to detail & communication skills. A proactive, service-focused approach to problem-solving.
