Newcastle upon Tyne, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Global Product Manager to drive the strategy, development and growth of our market-leading embedded solutions.

As a Global Product Manager at Sage, you'll play a key role in defining how our core capabilities are seamlessly integrated into third-party platforms (such as large banks, fintechs, and industry-specific software), unlocking new distribution channels and revenue streams.

- Define and articulate the global product strategy and vision for embedded services, aligning with growth objectives and market opportunities.

- Manage the embedded services product roadmap from ideation to launch, in alignment with partner needs, market demands, and internal capabilities.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify unmet needs, trends, and opportunities for embedded solutions.

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand partner needs and develop specifications, user stories, messaging, and launch plans for successful adoption.

- Define requirements for embedded APIs, SDKs, and microservices, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and easy for partners to integrate.

- Set KPIs for embedded services and regularly track performance, refining them based on data and feedback.

- Develop and optimize monetization strategies for embedded services to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or B2B software; experience with accountancy or payroll products is a plus.

- Background in defining global product strategies and managing roadmaps from ideation to launch.

- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs, trends, and strategic opportunities.

- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus.

- Strong understanding of technical processes, such as APIs.
