Global Product Marketing Specialist
Windsor, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office)
Role purpose
The Global Product Marketing Specialist helps Accelya communicate its vision, products, and leadership in modern airline retailing through clear, engaging, and customer-focused storytelling.
Based at our Windsor HQ (2-3 days per week) and reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll support global product positioning, content creation, and media communication. Your work will help bring Accelya's product stories to life from launch messages and customer success stories to PR materials and executive content.
You'll work closely with Product, Technology, and Business Development teams to understand how our products create value and turn complex ideas into simple, meaningful stories that connect with airlines and partners around the world.
This is a hands-on role for a curious and ambitious communicator who enjoys writing, collaborating, and learning. You'll have the chance to work across different products and markets, helping to shape how Accelya's story is told globally while building your expertise in SaaS and airline technology marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn communication and PR Execution You'll manage how we tell our story externally, building a pipeline of strong product, customer, and partnership stories. You'll write press releases and media materials, coordinate launches with our PR agency and digital team, and track media coverage to keep Accelya's message clear and consistent worldwide. Turn complex products into simple, powerful stories Working with our Product and Development teams, you'll translate technical details into engaging, customer-focused messages. You'll craft blogs, case studies, web pages, and executive talking points that highlight Accelya's innovation and leadership in modern airline retailing. You'll also help create thought-leadership content, from opinion pieces to event messaging, that positions Accelya as a trusted voice shaping the future of airline technology. Support launches, campaigns, and sales enablement You'll help plan and deliver product launches and key marketing campaigns, from messaging and content creation to post-launch follow-up. You'll also prepare sales materials such as product briefs, presentations, and customer stories, ensuring our teams have the right tools to communicate value consistently.

Success in this role means...Accelya's stories are clear, consistent, and widely recognised. Media coverage is positive and growing, with regular features in top industry and business outlets. Customer stories and product launches create strong impact, increasing CXO engagement and reinforcing Accelya's credibility as a market leader. Campaigns and content show measurable gains in engagement, reach, and quality leads. Close collaboration with Field Marketing and Sales translates communications into real business results -- stronger pipeline, higher brand preference, and continued industry leadership.

QualificationsA degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience (typically 2-4 years) in marketing, communications, PR, or storytelling. Experience in a software, technology, or B2B environment is preferred. Passion for storytelling tech with an ability to make complex ideas clear and engaging. Comfortable managing several projects and quick-turn deadlines. Confident working across teams and building relationships with different stakeholders. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn more about product marketing and airline technology. Comfortable using data or feedback to improve content and communication impact.
