Global Program Manager, Global Brand Safety And Responsible Media

Job Description

The Global Brand Safety and Responsible Media team helps TikTok overcome key industry challenges related to platform integrity, responsible investment, sustainability and brand safety.
The team seeks to inform and educate the advertising industry on these topics, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and industry associations.
This role can be based in London or New York.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and execute global marketing programs related to responsible media, as well as build go-to-market strategies & measurement plans that support key adoption & awareness goals, including TikTok's sustainability program (Scope3 adoption), and advertising self regulation.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to facilitate localized adoption of responsible media programs.
- Play a vital role in driving third party engagement strategy, emphasizing proactive collaboration and partnership with leading global advertising associations (WFA, Ad Net Zero, ICAS), and global institutions (WEF, Goals House).
- Represent TikTok and advocate for the company's positions in external forums, including industry discussions, conferences, and industry engagements to enhance trust in our brand and marketplace.
- Partner closely with product, T&S, GR, marketing, PR, operations, strategy and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination. Be the glue between teams and our clients.
- Draft memos, presentations, talking points and other materials related to responsible media for TikTok leaders.
- Understand and evangelize for the needs of clients on TikTok, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve our client's needs in relation to responsible media.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong collaboration, communication, teamwork and project management skills, with a proven record of success.
- Experience working in relevant fields, such as sustainable advertising, advertising policy, trade associations, third party organizations, regulatory, or governmental bodies.
- Demonstrated experience in sustainability.
- Proven track record of successfully managing third party organizations and leading engagements with industry groups.
