ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY



NP Digital is based in the US and is one of the fastest growing global digital agencies with offices in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. This role is based in the UK, reporting to the Senior Group Reporting Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Regional Finance Manager for EMEA, both also based in the UK. The role will also work with the Global CFO, based in the US, and finance teams from our international markets to drive consistency and best practice.

Candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the UK. This role is Hybrid. Remote work with a required 1-2 days per week in our office located in Central London.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES



Global group responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly P&L consolidation file for NP Digital group (currently 20 entities) for review by the Senior Group Reporting Manager and Group CFO Assist with rolling forward the consolidated BS file on a quarterly basis for review by Senior Group Reporting Manager Preparation of weekly cash reporting for review by Global CFO Preparation and review of intercompany reconciliation on a quarterly basis, working with Finance leads across the Group to resolve differences Preparation of aged receivables and bad debt provision summary on a quarterly basis ensuring compliance with group policies Assist with review of locally prepared statutory financial statements for entities across the group including reconciliation with internal accounts Assist with annual audit requests where required
EMEA specific responsibilities:

Provide financial analyses as required across EMEA entities including UK, France, Spain, Germany and Italy Support the month end close process including review of balance sheet accounts, and P&L analysis Review actuals against budget and forecasts providing support and analysis where required Support the budgeting and forecasting process for EMEA working with the relevant Managing Directors and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate forecasting Monthly review of statutory accounts vs management accounts working with local accountants to ensure full reconciliation and accuracy Complete intercompany reporting and reconciliations working with Global finance team Support the annual budget process to ensure accuracy for planned expenses

ABOUT YOU



ACA or ACCA with 2-3 years post qualification experience in similar role Financial experience working in an international environment with multi-currency consolidation preferred Experience with Xero and/or Netsuite or similar ERP High level of accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple priorities Excellent time management skills with ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines with little direct oversight Proven self-starter and independent problem-solving ability Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups and various commonly used formulae in the accounting industry)
