We are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting for a Sales Director to join our team here at Arabelle Solutions. Reporting directly to the Service Executive for Nuclear Service Region 2, the Sales Director is tasked with driving nuclear service sales across the entire Region 2. This includes OEM and oOEM Steam Turbines, OEM and oOEM Generators, as well as Automation & Controls (excluding France & Belgium).
In this strategic leadership role, you will manage and inspire a team of Sales Managers focused on securing profitable core and upgrade service opportunities for our existing fleet and targeted third-party equipment. Success hinges on close collaboration with several teams--, Early Engagement, Commercial Operations (ComOps), and OTR Service--to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
You will foster strong customer relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing dialogue and a deep understanding of their needs. Your primary goals include securing core and upgrade service orders, achieving order and margin targets, and driving the pipeline growth across the product portfolio through strategic deal negotiation, accurate forecasting, and exploring partnership opportunities.
