Hult International Business School is seeking a Global Senior Events Manager to join our international marketing team and lead the delivery of high-impact events across multiple regions. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and producing a diverse portfolio of events -- from in-person masterclasses and global open houses to cutting-edge virtual and hybrid experiences. You'll partner with global stakeholders across marketing, enrollment, academics, and alumni relations to craft events that connect deeply with prospective students and elevate Hult's brand on a global stage.

Your ability to manage complex logistics, manage cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of industry trends will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:
Event Management
Execute the event strategy for the global enrollment team for multiple regional teams based in different geographies. Event Setup (KPI: Internal Customer Satisfaction*)
Fully responsible for putting together

large format events

such as Masterclasses, University partner Masterclasses, Campus Open Houses, Online Masterclasses, Alumni Panels, and any other event with 25+ target attendance. Responsible for at least 10-15 assigned events per month, a mix of online and in-person events, following dates provided by Regional Heads (RH) or Global Product Heads (GPHs) through the centralized 6-month calendar planning process. Work closely with Regional Heads and Events Team to plan the events calendar. Internal liaison with Hult Academic team to secure teaching Faculty for the event. Internal liaison with Hult Alumni team, and RO to secure the best possible alumni for the events being organized. Event Supplier liaison: hotel bookings, venue sourcing, catering, staff organization, print material shipping logistics + invoice processing. Ensure excellent levels of customer service when working with the RO, ensuring at least 3 coordination calls with RO and any other involved staff happen 30 days, 15 days and 5 days before the event.


Event Attendance (KPI: Candidate Attendance)Work closely with RO to ensure event is well publicized and advertised internally - through enrollment office posters + and properly promoted via channels controlled directly by the region (EAs, Converters, Outreach & Telesales teams, etc) Manage CMS and CRM creation for these events, through Calendly, Storyblok and Salesforce Campaign. Set up and test signup form for candidates who register for the event. Set up email promotional event sequences in accordance to Hult best practices and with dates agreed with the event's RO. Work closely with marketing team to ensure that the event receives appropriate visibility on Hult website, including emails. Work closely with Global PPC team to ensure the event is well advertised using paid promotion through digital channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media focusing on top tier Universities and MBA selected audiences. Work closely with the RO to ensure that all Regional Social Media Coordinators, Community Managers and Influencers are promoting the event via organic posts. When appropriate, coordinate with local EF offices to promote the event using the EF databases.


External Fair LogisticsWork directly with the regional teams, Enrollment Advisor, Sub-Head or Product Head who will attend the fair. Ensure the Fair is included in third party logistics pack at least 30 days before the event date. Ensure the RO has completed a fair check-list 5 days prior to attending the fair. Inform the RO of any changes communicated by the Event Supplier.


Budget & Event Supplier ManagementCoordinate with the Finance team to ensure that all event-related invoices and charges are properly identified, coded and paid on time. Present Budget based on Hult's regional and central parameters, providing an easy-to-read and quick option comparison for the various event expenses. Obtain critical supplier's correctly addressed invoices in a timely manner, 45-60 days before the event date (45-30 days before event for recurring suppliers) Upload said invoices onto Finance System (Oracle) Code invoices to the correct cost-center, in agreement with the Regional Head. Supervise the timely approval of invoices. Coordinate with Finance Teams for proof of payment. Inter-department support and communication is key (Central Marketing/ Operations/ Academics/ Finance/ Career Services / Alumni) Systems used: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Storyblok, Calendly, Tableau, Jira, Oracle.


Qualifications & Experience
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented events professional who:Holds a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Has 4+ years of experience in event logistics, planning, and execution. Possesses strong digital marketing skills, including email campaigns and social media promotion. Has international experience working with venues, hotels, and logistics suppliers. Demonstrates excellent execution skills with a keen eye for detail and efficiency. Has outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Can work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Brings a flexible, positive, and solution-oriented mindset. Has an entrepreneurial spirit, thinking creatively and strategically to enhance event success. Experience in the education industry is a plus. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
