Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in the office 3 days from home)

Salary: \xc2\xa380-110,00 + car allowance + great benefits

Contract: Full time 14mth FTC

The Compensation team is responsible for the analysis and implementation of compensation policies and procedures which are consistent with the organisation\'s overall reward strategy. Develops implements and administers compensation such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys along with a strong experience of managing projects and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will consult with leadership, implement programs, processes and lead projects that have a global impact. In addition, you will partner closely with your counterparts in the Broad-Based and Executive Compensation COE and stock plan administration, Global HR Operations, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and Business Leaders. You will lead the development, implementation, communication of their global and regional compensation programs. In addition, you will be providing ongoing evaluation of reward programs to identify areas of improvement. This role owns the related activities for annual compensation planning and STI/LTI calculations along with a multitude of strategic projects. This role will also own the day-to-day activities of Compensation Operations globally. The position is hands-on and technical, requiring a can-do attitude, and strong leadership. The selected candidate must be energetic, optimistic, a team player, and extremely dedicated to the success and continuous improvement of the team and compensation and benefits operations.

The role:

  • Delivery of annual compensation programs (merit cycle, market pricing, short-term incentive payout, long-term incentive administration, compensation statement administration, vendor management, etc.).
  • Deliver clear and consistent communications to key stakeholder groups, including annual Global People Leader Training.
  • Overseeing completion of daily requests/cases
  • Managing the Global Mobility agenda
  • Designing and delivering strategic programmes globally and locally
  • Oversee completion and participation in projects; balancing workloads, and providing training and support to the global HR and Operational teams
  • Providing guidance for escalated issues and complex projects. Provides project support, sharing the project load of the team.
  • Assures established processes are followed, developing dashboards and KPIs to monitor and capture results that impact the organisation.
  • Drives a continuous improvement mindset, working with the team to enhance, refine, and improve processes and programs with an appropriate global/regional lens.
  • Assists Group COE with the development of compensation strategies and new programs. Provides operational and implementation support and input for strategic compensation projects.
The person:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Progressive experience in Global Compensation and Benefits ideally in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Familiarity with compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and equity incentive programs.
  • Experience with the regional differences in compensation and benefits practices.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative style.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to build a high-performing, engaged team.
  • Ability to manage change effectively, including technology, communications, and business process implications.
  • Experience in leading global projects.
  • Experience in the implementation of compensation and benefits programs and processes, including communication of such programs.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in the delivery of annual compensation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results within all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation, selection, and vendor management.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • SuccessFactors experience.
