We are seeking a Global Strategic Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting sales on strategic customer engagements.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities):



Support sales with consulting engagements focused on solving business issues and transforming a customer's organization. Offer creative, forward-thinking support with sales opportunities including Deal strategy, Qualification, Discovery, Custom Demos, ROI Calculation, Best Practices Workshops, Presentations, Proof of Concept/Pilot processes and Value Realization. Collaborate with the Global Director of Sales Engineering and Field Sales to define and execute a business strategy with large, enterprise opportunities. Intuitive and transparent during the qualification process to understand long shots or costly opportunities; discussing with all key constituents to enable a collaborative decision to be made. Deliver deep discovery discussions on strategic deals to uncover key business objectives and corresponding value discussions (ROI) to expand conversations and increase revenue. Work with Field Sales and Sales Engineers to build and deliver compelling customized demonstrations and value propositions. Design and deliver Proof of Concepts and Pilots in collaboration with the Calabrio Professional Services team. Use broad Workforce Optimization (WFO) solution knowledge and Contact Center experience to assist with creative solution development, ensuring delivery of the most competitive, value-based solution that meets customer objectives. Attend key deal events, manage briefing and debriefing sessions on these efforts

Success Criteria:



Broad and deep WFO solution knowledge or relevant industry experience or Calabrio ecosystem (partner, third party product, etc.) Strategic, forward thinker and thought leader with excellent communication skills. Strong deal strategy and competitive positioning. Capable of developing, sharing, and enabling others to use creative, value based and competitive solution presentations that are memorable, tell a story and specific to the customer challenges uncovered. Ability to understand how new solution capabilities andor industry trends can be positioned to improve Calabrio value proposition. Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous strategic opportunities. Ability to provide candid real-time coaching and help in deal strategy adjustments. Ability to manage travel requirements in addition to performing normal job responsibilities.

Requirements



A bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience. Must have at least 10+ years' Workforce Engagement / Workforce Optimization experience or consulting to include 7+ years' experience working with Calabrio solution or competitive products. These products must include a variation of at least three of these: Workforce Management, Quality Management, Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, and Machine Learning. World-class written and verbal presentation skills, including excellence in documentation, product demonstration and presentation slides
