What You'll Do

Assist in the implementation of company-wide strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives Perform financial, commercial, and operational analysis to guide business decision-making Drive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders

What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role with emphasis on Program Management Robust educational foundation (degree or comparable experience in finance, business, economics, or a relevant area) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail Critical decisioning and judgment Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a low-ego, team-oriented approach Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize actions
