ROLE OVERVIEW





This is a new position at 2San and an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to fast-track their career in supply chain. The Supply Chain Graduate role will gain broad exposure to global supply chain management and hands on experience in each aspect of the 2San operation. The role is designed to develop the necessary skills and experience that will allow the selected individual to build out their preferred area of specialisation (e.g. procurement, global logistics, warehousing & fulfilment) and take on operational responsibility for that area with that time. They will be a go-to person globally working across teams internally at 2San (in particular Sales & Finance) as well as our external partners (Customers & Suppliers). It is a perfect role for someone who is eager to learn, analytically minded, an excellent problem solver and wants to push themselves from day 1.




KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES




1. Global Supply Chain Management





Support global supply operations to plan, purchase, ship and deliver required stock to regional operations teams Resolve operational issues / challenges to ensure continuity of supply and seamless operations as a key escalation point Build strong working relationships with suppliers and work with Supply Team to manage performance of key partners through structured supplier management programme Monitor global supply chain risks / events and recommend mitigations to minimise impact on 2San operations

2. Regional Operations Coordination (UK-Focused)




Lead UK warehousing and fulfilment activities in partnership with 3PL providers, ensuring day-to-day service excellence to 2San customers Maintain and manage performance against SLAs including order accuracy, inventory levels, lead times, and customer service Oversee 2San order management process to ensure accuracy, efficiency and speed targets are met - especially at key times such as month end


3. System Optimisation & Accuracy




Work with all operations teams to ensure operational processes are correctly reflected in 2San's ERP system (Microsoft Business Central), and drive data accuracy across order processing, inventory, and fulfilment Support digital transformation projects including automation of manual processes and improved system integration with partners Troubleshoot issues and implement system/process changes to improve operational reliability and reporting


4. Supply Chain Projects & Transformation




Take ownership of or contribute to strategic projects such as market expansion (e.g. EU launch), warehouse transitions, or cost optimisation initiatives Review and redesign supply chain processes to improve scalability and efficiency across regions and functions Work with all operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain and deliver incremental changes that result in long term benefit (also recording any benefits as they are realised) Adopt a structured approach to any change initiatives as appropriate (e.g. through use of project management methodologies & tools


5. Reporting & Analysis




Work with Operations & PowerBI teams to build and deliver reporting tools and dashboards that track KPIs such as order fulfilment, service levels, inventory health, cost performance, and partner metrics Analyse large datasets to support operational decision-making, identify trends, and recommend improvements Roll out reporting and insight tools across internal teams and with 3PL providers to drive transparency and accountability



PERSON SPECIFICATION and KEY REQUIREMENTS




Degree-level education (2:1 and above) or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field Keen interest in supply chain and healthcare industries Previous internship, placement or work experience in supply chain or logistics is desirable (especially within 3PL or healthcare sectors) Willingness to travel to UK warehouse and on occasion overseas locations Eligible to work in UK without sponsorship

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, confident working in MS Office Suites Experience within a fast-paced and high energy environment Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and time zones An aptitude for executing business improvement initiatives Experience troubleshooting problems and providing recommendations on overcoming challenges Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Excellent judgment is essential. Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice Relentless focus on stakeholder needs and service excellence Ability to work under pressure with a positive "can do" attitude Superb time management, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
