The Role
The primary purpose of the Global Systems Operations Specialist role is to support the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Systems who is responsible for the vision and overall direction of AdBook, the Revenue Organization's Order Management System (OMS) which is being rolled out to our global markets. This team is situated within the business and works very closely with our partners in technology and business stakeholder groups to bring impactful features and functionality to end users as well as prepare new territories for onboarding into our global systems.
This role is based out of the London, GB office, and will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Systems who is based in New York City, US. It will primarily support Conde Nast's European and/or Asian markets, and may also interface with Conde Nast's other markets as needed. Regular responsibilities include (but are not limited to) assisting with daily end user support/training, creating meaningful reports, and collecting and documenting enhancement requests submitted by various business stakeholder groups like Finance, Sales, and Ad Operations.

Create and deliver reports to the business
Collect end user feedback and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Assist in gathering and document business requirements
Participate in feature refinement sessions with the technology team
Test and verify new functionality
Create and deliver training on new and existing functionality
Maintain training documentation
Create and distribute release notes to the business
Liaise with Technology and vendors, as applicable
Assist in executing roadmap initiatives
Support new market launches as needed
Support the development and maintenance of the AdBook product catalog which includes display, video, social, email, and print advertising products
Keep current with and suggest new Adbook functionality as it becomes available
Who you are:Bachelor's degree
Strong understanding of the inner workings of a digital advertising organization; including media planning, ad operations or other relevant media industry experience (2+ years)
Excellent communication, problem solving, and detail orientated skills
Ability to orchestrate cross-functional tasks and collaborate across multiple internal teams, with proven experience supporting stakeholders
First hand experience using AdBook (or other OMS platform), Salesforce (or other Customer Relationship Management platform), and/or GAM (Google Ad Manager) desired
Intermediate Excel and Google Suite knowledge desired
Experience in and/or promoting an agile environment, a plus
Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, and/or German, a plus
