Global Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist.





Reporting to the

Global Talent Acquisition Director,

you will have the chance to play a key role in ensuring an effective recruiting process on a local scale, contributing to the overall success of the global talent acquisition strategy. Working alongside an international team, you will have the chance to manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from the definition of the job profile till the extension of the job offer.

Main duties:

Partner with global HR colleagues to define and implement a cohesive recruiting strategy aligned with company objectives. Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-calibre candidates in the EPM and broader enterprise software ecosystems. Conduct proactive sourcing activities using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and perform initial HR interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit. Prepare detailed candidate evaluation reports and manage scheduling for subsequent interviews. Oversee the full interview process, providing timely feedback and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Prepare and negotiate employment offers in collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners. Maintain an in-depth understanding of Board's organizational structure, products, and talent needs to effectively represent the company in the market.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition roles, ideally within the SaaS, IT, or the software industry. Strong understanding of finance, retail, and supply chain solutions within the SaaS sector. Experience recruiting for or working with

EPM

tools and technologies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Foreign Languages, or related fields. Knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices. Hands-on experience with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and both global and local job boards. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures.

Fluency in Spanish

and at

least one additional European language

(e.g., French, Italian, or German) is required. Empathetic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
