Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality talent across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, US and Canada) and business functions. Operating as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, the role plays a critical part in shaping workforce capability, ensuring exceptional candidate experience, and delivering against global growth objectives.



This is a high-impact, fast-paced role with visibility across the organisation, requiring strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and deep recruitment expertise.


Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities



Act as a global ambassador for the employer brand in all candidate and market interactions


Develop and deliver attraction strategies for core skill areas and hard-to-fill roles


Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and direct sourcing


Support early careers, diversity, and inclusion recruitment initiatives globally


Drive direct sourcing strategies and reduce agency dependency where possible


Support EVP and employer branding initiatives

Stakeholder Partnership




Build trusted relationships with Executive leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers


Translate business strategy and workforce plans into effective recruitment delivery


Provide expert guidance on hiring strategies, market conditions, compensation benchmarking, and assessment methods


Challenge hiring decisions constructively to ensure quality and consistency


Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring demand and manage recruitment pipelines

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery




Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and handover to the HR teams for onboarding


Deliver full-cycle recruitment across corporate, technical, commercial, and leadership roles globally


Lead direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting


Conduct structured screening and interview processes to ensure high-quality assessment


Manage offer process in line with reward and governance frameworks


Ensure exceptional candidate experience across all touchpoints


Support onboarding and early engagement for new hires

Recruitment Operations & Governance




Ensure recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation and GDPR across all locations


Maintain clean, accurate data within the ATS


Manage agency relationships and ensure adherence to PSL and cost frameworks


Monitor recruitment spend and deliver cost-efficient hiring solutions


Manage agency performance, fees, and service delivery


Ensure compliance with recruitment policy, employment law, and data protection

Performance & Continuous Improvement




Track key recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire


Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience


Implement best-practice sourcing, assessment, and selection methodologies globally


Use data and insight to influence hiring strategy and decision-making


Contribute to global talent strategy and workforce planning activity

Knowledge and Experience




Essential




Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter within a global or multi-site organisation.


Strong experience hiring across multiple job families including commercial, technical, and leadership roles.


Track record of partnering with senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder groups.


Strong direct sourcing and market mapping capability.


Experience managing high-volume and specialist recruitment simultaneously.


Knowledge of global employment practices and recruitment compliance.


Experience delivering recruitment in fast-paced, scaling, or transformation environments

Technical Skills and Qualifications




Essential




Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.


Skilled in competency-based interviewing and assessment methodologies.


Strong knowledge of recruitment legislation, GDPR, and hiring governance.


Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.


Strong data analysis and reporting capability.


Microsoft suite experience including excel


Commercial acumen
