What you will be doing


Lead Technical Design:

Architect scalable, resilient workflow and production print solutions tailored to customer requirements.

Partner in Pre-Sales:

Support sales teams with technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution validation.

Deliver Excellence:

Oversee solution deployment, testing, and transition to operational support.

Empower & Educate:

Deliver training and knowledge transfer to Ricoh teams and customers across Europe.

Drive Innovation:

Influence Ricoh's product roadmap and bring new ideas to life through customer insights and technical feedback.
You will ideally have


Proven experience in

technical consultancy or solution architecture

within

production print or workflow automation

. Expertise in

Fiery Controllers

, DFEs, and

end-to-end print workflows

(job submission, RIP, finishing, automation) Desirable. Strong background in

server, networking, and virtualisation

environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to influence both technical and business audiences. A passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge. Willingness to travel across the Ricoh Europe geography.
