The Role
The Global Training Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) across Almac Pharma Services (APS), ensuring the smooth execution of mandatory, regulatory, and compliance training. This position involves close collaboration with the Global Quality Assurance team to align training documentation with business timelines, and supports the lifecycle of training curricula across all APS sites. The Administrator will be responsible for generating and distributing compliance reports, managing paper-based training records, and serving as the primary contact for training-related queries.
In addition to administrative duties, the role requires proactive engagement with Key Trainers, Training Forum Representatives, and LMS Subject Matter Experts to resolve system issues and maintain training standards. The Administrator will also deliver LMS training to internal staff, contribute to the Group LMS SME Forum, and escalate technical issues or non-compliance as needed. This position demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support a global training infrastructure that meets both regulatory and operational needs.
